Refund and return policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds are issued:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, music cassettes, or vinyl records

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts that are not due to our error

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card companyβ€”it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are excluded from refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the same item, email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please send it to: {physical address}.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
